Terms & Conditions
1. You may arrive any time after 3.00 p.m. on the first day, but you are requested to leave by 10.00 a.m. on your last day to enable us to prepare the cottages for the next visitors.
2. No cottage may be occupied by more than the number specified.
3. No pets are to be brought on to the property (applies to both cottages and grounds).
4. Smoking is not permitted inside any of the cottages.
5. It would be appreciated if the cottages were left in a clean and tidy condition.
6. We cannot be held responsible for guests’ property left in a cottage.
7. Car parking is at your own risk.
8. In the event that you cannot come, deposits (and final balance payments if already paid) are not refundable unless the cottage is subsequently let out for the full period. If you have to cancel, we will try our best to re-let the cottage. If we manage to do this we will refund your money. To safeguard yourself, however, it is advisable to take out your own cancellation insurance cover.
