In addition, our own personal experience over many years of self-catering holidays has taught us how to avoid those little irritations on arrival. So, to allow you to travel light, and to ease the start of your visit at Throstlenest, we provide a host of little extras which have been much appreciated by our customers, including:-
• soap, toilet paper, shampoo/shower gel and tissues in the bathrooms and bedrooms
• washing up liquid, cloths, scourers, kitchen roll, foil, clingfilm, cooking oil, salt and pepper in the kitchens.
• detergent/ fabric conditioner tablets in the laundry room.
• a hospitality tray with coffee, tea and biscuits, plus milk in the fridge.
• even your food can be catered for in advance – we have an arrangement with a local firm (www.granaryfoods.co.uk) who can deliver arrival packs of local produce or home made ready meals and bakery to your cottage.
